Released once the interactive prototype with end-to-end workflows is reviewed and signed off at the end of Week 2.
UAT & Go-Live
Trigger · UAT sign-off and successful production cutover
Largest tranche, covering the full build, hardening and UAT cycle from Week 3 through Week 6, aligned to the production launch of all three apps (Workshop · Retailer · Admin).
Hypercare Completion
Trigger · Completion of post go-live hypercare
Released after one week of post-launch hypercare — defect SLAs, monitoring tuning and stabilisation handover.

Invoicing & terms

- ▸All figures exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
- ▸Infrastructure & third-party tooling costs are borne by the Parts Manager and billed separately.
- ▸Payment in INR via bank transfer to the nominated account.
